Spent Christmas at this hotel and the decorations were really nice. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding villages and towns. The food offered at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was generally friendly and helpful.

The experience was ruined by the attitude of one employee, who was extremely unfriendly and rude to us throughout our stay. This person was supposedly working both as a receptionist and a waitress, but didn't seem to have any interest in doing her job well.
